Lightning (Laura)

Lightning began studying dance in 1998 with Andrea
McShane Radoccio of Blue Dragon Belly dance.
She studied for three years with Andrea.

A lot of her dance influence comes from taken workshops with Tribal troupes such as Domba, Gypsy Caravan and Fat Chance Belly Dance.  Lightning also enjoys West African dance. She has studied this dance form over the last 3 years. She is currently taking classes from Jeela and Habib.
 
She enjoys all styles of belly dance,
"having a well stocked kitchen with a variety of ingredients
makes for a truly delicious dance recipe"
 

Lightning is truly honored to be dancing with the Chicks and is grateful to  be around so many beautiful, talented dancers who know how to have a good time and live freely!
     

When Lightning is not dancing she is savoring life under a big ponderosa pine tree or floating down stream on a magnificent river with her eleven year old son Jesse.
